Mica tape for Fire-resistant cables consist of phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a special silicone resin and a fiber cloth (or polyethylene film) as supporting agent. the tapes have great flexibility and high tensile strength, and their combined characteristics mean they can be used to create inorganic ,fire-resistant insulation for electrical cables.

Characteristic
Resist extreme thermal stresses and give outstanding fire protection. Phlogopite mica tape retain insulation properties at 800℃,1000V of condition.
Incombustible , asbestos free and do not create toxic gasses
Excellent tensile strength and shock resistance
